I ran into FRANCO V "The Sexiest DJ in NYC" the other night... It turns out he's a partner in a new venture that just opened called THE WESTWAY which basically sounds like an extension of Franc's old stomping grounds Beatrice combined with The Jane with the twist the debauchery of what goes on at his apartment...
